This position is responsible for assisting with all marketing and customer service activities. This includes the following high-level duties:

  • Assist with developing the overall marketing strategy and budget
  • Create and manage content for website, blogs, social media, email, newsletters, brochures, etc. Manage all social media accounts.
  • Be a brand champion in the community. Attend events/tradeshows and promote Top Dog.
  • Assist customers with orders in person and via phone. Perform customer satisfaction surveys quarterly.
  • Quote customer orders and assist with other administrative items.

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of marketing and/or customer service experience
  • 2 or 4-year degree in marketing preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud desirable (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with WordPress and blogging desirable
